Hi, I’m Diane and qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer and specialist instructor in chair based exercise.
I run classes every Monday at the Venture Hall from 10:45 - 11:45 the exercises have been scientifically proven by the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at the University of Birmingham to turn back the clock.
Fit4Life classes are easy to follow and fun, they involve a combination of flexibility, aerobics, strength and balance and can be done seated, standing with support or freestanding.
There’s a warm welcome for everyone who attends and a cuppa tea at the end, first session is free.
